French Fries

French fries, fries, or French-fried potatoes are thin strips of deep fried potatoes. Americans often refer to any large, tall or fat pieces of fried potatoes as fries, while in other parts of the world, long, thinly cut slices of fried potatoes are called fries to distinguish them from the thickly cut strips called chips.

Ingredients
6 Potatoes
2tsp Olive oil
1/2tsp chilli pd
1/2tsp turmeric pd
1/2tsp Black pepper pd
Bread crum or rice flakes pd
Salt to taste

Method
Peal the potatoes and wash them in the ice cold water. Preheat the oven into 450F. Cut the potatoes into french fries shape. Its better to take long potatoes. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix them well and coat the potatoes with this masala. Take a nonstick baking tray and place the potatoes without overlapping them. Bake in preheated oven for 15 mins. After 15 mins, stir the fries lightly to avoid burning. Place the tray back in the oven for another 10 mins. Now the fries are ready to eat. I like them with tomato ketchup.
