Refer here the recipe for Moon Dal Chila.
Ingredients
Chila bater - 1 cup
Grated cheese - 1 cup
Salt - per taste
Chat masala - per taste
Red chili powder or green chillies(optional)
Topping for pizza - per your choice
Method
Arrange all the toppings at one place and add salt, chat masala, chilli powder or green chillies(if you are using it).
Spread the bater on hot non stick tawa.
Cover it with cheese.
On the top add the toppings. I've used carrot, tomato and peas as my fridge is almost empty. My daughter, Ishani said, "it can't be a pizza because it doesn't have olives". I was out of olives too :((
and a handfull of cheese again.
Let it rost and carefully turn the side.
Press it by spatula so the cheese and toppings can stick to the bater. After 2 mins change the side and it is ready to serve.
Enjoy....
