Moong Dal Chilla Pizza

I was preparing Moong Dal Chila for lunch today. The recipe took a twist and it became Chila Pizza. Usually I've to  run around my son  to feed him as he is always on the go but to my surprise, today I was sitting at one place to feed him and he was coming to grab his bite. This was a pleasant surprise.
Refer here the recipe for Moon Dal Chila.

Chila bater - 1 cup
Grated cheese - 1 cup
Salt - per taste
Chat masala - per taste
Red chili powder or green chillies(optional)
Topping for pizza - per your choice

Arrange all the toppings at one place and add salt, chat masala, chilli powder or green chillies(if you are using it).
Spread the bater on hot non stick tawa.

 Cover it with cheese.

On the top add the toppings. I've used carrot, tomato and peas as my fridge is almost empty. My daughter, Ishani said, "it can't be a pizza because it doesn't have olives". I was out of olives too :((

and a handfull of cheese again.

Let it rost and carefully turn the side.

Press it by spatula so the cheese and toppings can stick to the bater. After 2 mins change the side and it is ready to serve.
