Rainbow Salad

Making a salad is very experimental. You can add different varieties of fruit and vegetables as well to give it a colorful & mouth watery look. This salad is high in fiber and low in calories, carbohydrate, cholesterol and saturate fat.

Ingredients

2 cups snow peas (about 12 ounces), trimmed
2 oranges
2 tablespoon pom seeds
1/4 cup onions
1  red mini pepper
1 yellow mini pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing

Method

Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a saucepan and remove that from the stove. You can do it in microwave too. Add snow peas for 10 mins and cover the lid.   Snow peas will become tender-crisp. Have a bowl of ice water ready. Transfer the peas to the ice water. Drain. Cut all the vegetables. Peel and cut white pith from oranges. Add all the things in a large bowl. add salt, black pepper powder and dressing, toss, and enjoy it.
